Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living, as well as the energetic base of sustainability in embodied practices. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from Krishnamacharya’s teachings, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics, Therapeutics, Michelle Nayeli’s teaching of the last thirteen years and her years of study and assisting Shiva Rea. Rhythmic Vinyasa utilizes pulsation of breath and body to teach energetic alignment and open the body in safe and effective pathways.

Prana Flow ~ Mandala Vinyasa
Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living, as well as the energetic base of sustainability in embodied practices. Mandala Vinyasa takes us on a creative journey good for body and mind, opening circular pathways to practice and movement beyond the boundary of the yoga mat and linear ideas of asana.

Circle Sadhana~ Vinyasa of the Hoop
Experience a unique form of mind-body-awareness training using a hoop and Prana Flow-inspired vinyasa sequences.  Integration of the Hoop, a symbol of unity and continuity, invites greater opening throughout the body, while honing one’s sensitivity, balance, and embodiment of energetic alignment.  We seek harmony of strength and fluidity, that of the graceful warrior who serves the Sacred Hoop of Life. Class will be playful, joyful, and creative, both with and without the hoop.
