Basic manipulation and handling of the wheel is introduced for safety and understanding of the Progressive Axis Training technique or PAT ™ for sustaining and perpetuating spin. Balance, agility, flexibility, core strength and range of motion are incorporated into this exercise progressively throughout the course.
By the end of the class students will have a general understanding with wheel manipulation and know how to mount and possibly find center axis using several prescribed mounts.
