DRILLS & SKILLS: ROCK YOUR PRACTICE  Refinement in our practice gifts grace and flow to our dance. Working with rhythm, looping patterns and combinations brings us into a meditative presence with the hoop as our teacher. This class will intelligently weave movement drills and repetitive circuits to cover most categories of hoopdance expression, all parts of the body, and all possibilities for directionality! This is the path to speaking the language of the hoop~ where all possibilities are available to us in the free-flow of our dance.
